The Billing page is where you manage everything related to paying for Zenrows: your subscription, extra credits (top-ups), and your record of past payments and invoices. Open it from the Billing entry in the dashboard sidebar, or go directly to your Billing page.

Manage your subscription

From the Billing page you can change your plan at any time:
  • Upgrade to a higher rung or tier for more monthly credits, concurrency, and support.
  • Downgrade to a lower plan.
  • Cancel your subscription.
Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. For exactly what happens to your credits and limits in each case, see Managing your subscription in the pricing guide.

Top-ups

If you need more credits before your next monthly refresh, you can add top-ups (extra credits) from the Billing page without changing your plan. Top-up credits draw from the same shared balance as your plan credits.

Payments & invoices

The Payments & invoices tab keeps a record of your past payments. Each invoice appears as its own row, and you can download any of them individually using the download control on that row.
Past invoices cannot be edited. To make sure future invoices carry the correct details, keep your profile information up to date in your Account Settings and your payment methods on the Billing page. Changes apply to your next invoice onward.
